-price HMS 1 & 2:340US$/MT CIF (from 30.000MT to 250.000MT by month)

ONLY ANNUAL CONTRACT
- Please see procedure below:
1) Buyer issues LOI + BCL.
2) Seller issues FCO.
3) Buyer signs the FCO and sends it to the seller.
4) Seller provides POP information and past SGS report.
5) Seller issues Draft Contract.
6) Buyer signs the Draft contract and sends it to the seller.
7) Seller sends hard copies to buyer by courier.
8) Buyer's Bank opens payment instrument for seller as agreed by seller's Bank.
9) Buyer uses US, Western Europe or Hong Kong Prime Banks for confirmation.
10) Seller sends yard visit invitation.
11) Upon receiving the agreed payment instrument, seller activates 2% Performance Bond.
12) Seller checks quantity and quality with SGS at Loading Port.
13) At buyer's request, the seller will allow the buyer or his representative to be present at Loading Port.
14) Seller begins shipments.
- As you can see above, POP informations, past
performance could be made available after the FCO
is signed by the Buyer, so yard visit can be arranged
after confirmation of payment instrument is received
by Seller's bank.
